Return & Refund Policy

At Leaf & Lore, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the consumable nature of herbal tea products, returns are limited to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Product missing from the order
- Manufacturing defect
Return Request Timeline
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, please include:
- Order Number
- Clear Photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video (highly recommended for damage claims)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
- Product has been opened or the seal has been broken
- Tea bags have been used
- Product is damaged due to customer handling
- Customer changes their mind after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Replacement & Cancellation
Replacement: Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on stock availability.
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refused delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.
