Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline
Within India:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and weather conditions.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or above a specified order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your Tracking ID, Courier Partner Details, and Estimated Delivery Date via Email and/or SMS.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Leaf & Lore is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged upon delivery:
- Take photographs immediately.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
